From beginning her career at Kendriya Vidyalaya, Patna, to working with an advertising company and Reliance, and later returning to education, every chapter of her journey has contributed to her growth as a leader.

Today, Dr. Vijeta is an Entrepreneur, Founder, and Principal at Om Public School, Dombivli, Maharashtra, where she combines innovation, leadership, and education to create meaningful learning experiences.
Her work in education reflects her commitment to creating new strategies, embracing challenges, and approaching situations with a solution-oriented mindset.
Learning, Research & Innovation
A proud NSRCEL, IIM Bangalore alumna, Dr. Vijeta has also participated in the 10K Women Entrepreneurs Programme, sponsored by Goldman Sachs.
Her commitment to lifelong learning is reflected in her personal goal of earning at least one certification every year. She has also completed a Diploma in Mental Health, further expanding her understanding of people and well-being.
Her academic journey includes presenting research papers at UGC platforms, reflecting her active engagement with educational research and contemporary learning practices.
