A Multifaceted Professional in Mental Healthcare
Srishti Bhatt is a Child & Rehabilitation Psychologist, researcher, educator, entrepreneur, and healthcare innovator. Her work brings together clinical practice, academic research, education, and a strong vision for transforming mental healthcare.
After completing her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Clinical Psychology, Srishti began a journey that brought together therapy, research, teaching, and community mental health. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, with research focused on the long-term psychological impact of narcissistic parenting on adolescents and innovative therapeutic approaches that promote emotional resilience and psychological well-being.
Working Across Different Areas of Psychology
Alongside her academic work, Srishti is a practicing Child Psychologist, working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
Her areas of expertise include child and adolescent psychology, parenting concerns, anxiety and stress management, emotional regulation, relationship challenges, trauma-informed care, hypnotherapy, art therapy, play therapy, and family counselling.
Her approach reflects a commitment to understanding psychological well-being from multiple perspectives while supporting individuals and families through different challenges.
Building Accessible Mental Healthcare
Recognizing the need for integrated mental healthcare, Srishti founded the Mental Diet Wellness Clinic, an initiative focused on accessible, ethical, and personalized psychological services.
Through counselling, psychotherapy, assessments, workshops, psychoeducation, and professional training, the clinic aims to support individuals while also nurturing the next generation of mental-health professionals.
Research at the Heart of Her Work
Research remains at the heart of Srishti’s professional identity. She has authored and co-authored research publications and continues to explore adolescent mental health, personality development, family dynamics, emotional resilience, and integrative psychological approaches.
Her dedication to research reflects her interest in combining scientific thinking with practical approaches to psychological care.

Srishti’s dedication has earned significant recognition, including the Innovative Healthcare of the Year Award 2026 and a nomination as India’s Next Healthcare Leader 2026, acknowledging her contribution to psychological research, healthcare innovation, and social impact.
Beyond clinical practice and research, she is passionate about education and mentorship, guiding psychology students and aspiring professionals while promoting empathy, ethics, scientific thinking, and lifelong learning.
A Vision for the Future
Srishti’s long-term vision is to develop the Mental Diet Wellness Clinic into a comprehensive centre for psychological care, research, professional training, and community outreach, while expanding access to quality mental healthcare across India.
For Srishti, success is not defined merely by awards or titles. It is reflected in a child gaining confidence, a family rebuilding trust, an adolescent discovering self-worth, and a student becoming a compassionate professional.
